Hello! Thanks so much for taking the time to visit our store! PeanutButterPigs is run by primarily myself (peanut) and occasionally a few helping hands. We aim to create products that are not only adorable but have a special spark of fun that will make you smile!
Many people ask the meaning behind our name PeanutButterPigs and it is a silly story! Throughout my time in school I was often referred to as "Peanut" because of my height. When I created my first art account on instagram I decided to use the name "Peanut & Pigs" as It was about me and my guinea pigs! A few years later I decided on "PeanutButterPigs" as a placeholder title as I considered only making food themed plushies but even after deciding what to do with my buisness the name stuck and now I have the silliest name!
All businesses start somewhere! I grew up seeing my mothers artwork all my life and always felt inspired by her creativity. I drew whenever I could and when I turned 13 I began making small armature plushies that I would sell to friends or family. Around that time I also aquired my first drawing tablet and began exploring digital art. In June of 2020 I decided to start an Esty shop with hand sewn plushies and in November of that same year I started the website you are on right now! Since then we have strived to create a variety of cute and fun products for the whole family to enjoy!
One of our main goals going forward is to be able to be in retail stores! But we have lots of other things that we would love to achieve such as making a webcomic and starting a non-profit guinea pig rescue! We would love it if you would tag along and root for us as we try to achieve these goals!
Returns & cancellation
If you wish to return your order you must email me within 14 days upon delivery. The item must be unused & in the original packaging! The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the item you will receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your item.
If you wish to cancel your order please email me at email@example.com within 12 hours of purchase! Once your item is shipped you will not be eligible for cancellations!
Pre-order items are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Item or Incorrect products
Nothing is more dissapointing then something being wrong with your parcel! Here at PeanutButterPigs we want to make sure you are always happy with our service! If your product was damaged upon delivery or you received the wrong package please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of your products and we will be happy to help resolve this issue!
Stolen or missing package
Unfortunately we have no control over your parcel once we turn it over to the postal system. If you suspect your package has been stolen or lost please file a Missing Package Report from USPS or contact your local post office with any further questions. We always recommend checking with your neighbors just in case they have held or accidentally received your item.
If you wish to purchase from me but are concerned about theft or porch pirates please contact me about postal insurance.
