Q: When will I receive my order?
Every customer will receive a tracking number upon shipping your order, you should receive an email with this information as soon as its shipped. If your package has not yet been shipped please visit our Shipping and handling page or Preorder updates page for details on when to expect your package to be shipped!
Q: What is the diffrence between A and B grade?

Q: can I buy your products in person?
Yes! We attend conventions all year round. Please visit our Upcoming Events page to see if we will be at an event near you! Additionally we have a pop-up section in the plant nursery Country Grove Gardens for you to visit any time of year!
Q: Can I buy your mystery Boxes online?
No, our mystery boxes are convention exclusives, however we may occasionally post mystery scoops on our online store!
Q: Do you accept commissions?

Q: What is a preorder?
"Preordering" means you are purchasing an item that has not yet been produced. It is essentially reserving the item in advance before it is in-stock. Preordered items will not ship immediately and can take several weeks to months to be produced, quality checked and then shipped out. Preordering helps me, the seller, know how much of an item to order to ensure that all customers get the items they want and allows me to fund the production costs of these items! Please note that if you place one order with multiple items, including preorder items, your package will not ship until all preorder items arrive to me. If you would like the instock items in your orders to ship first, please place them in a separate order!

Returns & cancellation
If you wish to return your order you must email me within 14 days upon delivery. The item must be unused & in the original packaging! The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected the item you will receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your item.
If you wish to cancel your order please email me at email@example.com within 12 hours of purchase! Once your item is shipped you will not be eligible for cancellations!
Pre-order items are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Item or Incorrect products
Nothing is more dissapointing then something being wrong with your parcel! Here at PeanutButterPigs we want to make sure you are always happy with our service! If your product was damaged upon delivery or you received the wrong package please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of your products and we will be happy to help resolve this issue!
Stolen or missing package
Unfortunately we have no control over your parcel once we turn it over to the postal system. If you suspect your package has been stolen or lost please file a Missing Package Report from USPS or contact your local post office with any further questions. We always recommend checking with your neighbors just in case they have held or accidentally received your item.
